That's me
Pastor Martina Klein
I am a person full of joie de vivre and spirit of adventure. Foreign countries are quickly like a second home for me – that's how I was attracted to Singapore. People, their stories and social changes fascinate me. I am particularly concerned about the question of how we can secure a good future for our children.
My story
Educational work is my passion. I want to inspire young and old to consciously shape their lives, stay curious and never lose the fun of learning. I implement this in confirmation work, adult and family education as well as in religious education at the German School. I studied theology in Frankfurt a.M., Nijmegen (NL) and Mainz. My community work led me to Wiesbaden, Mexico and the Taunus. As a theological lecturer of the Church Synod of the EKHN, I have gained valuable experience. Later, I headed the Centre for Education of the EKHN, before I worked as head of the education department of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany and as chairman of the board of the Evangelical School Foundation in Bavaria.
